PITTSBURGH PROTECTION SERVICES also sets an extremely high standard for employment. Below is a list of items that the applicant will need to provide prior to submitting an application with our company, as well as a description of the hiring/screening process:

• Medical release from a licensed M.D. or N.P. indicating they are in good health and medically able to pass a physical assessment test.
• A copy of their DD214 indicating military service or a copy of their law enforcement certificate. 
• High School Diploma.
• College transcripts, if any.
• A copy of their self-defense certificate. (only for executive protection)
• A copy of "D" license or Act 120
• A copy of "G" license or Act 235
• Verification of authorization to live and work in the United States.
• Must possess a valid state issued driver’s license.
• Verification of valid state issued firearms permit. (when required)
